Are you truly inclusive?

Yes! We are committed to creating skincare for everyone.

We recognise and respect the value of all people and we love celebrating uniqueness.

We believe in a future where society supports diversity and believes that people who identify differently from one another, regardless of gender, sexual preference, age or ethnicity, deserve equal representation and respect.

Do you test on animals?

No, never.

Are your products vegan/animal friendly?

Yes. All our products are vegan, and we don’t use any ingredients that are tested on animals.

Are you sustainable?

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do; from sourcing raw materials, product manufacture, packaging and distribution, to the way we operate our business. Our mission is to formulate innovative skincare that has a positive impact on the well-being of our plant, people and animals.

Is your packaging recyclable/compostable?

Yes. We use glass or aluminium packaging where possible but sometimes caps/dispensing units will have some plastic components. Our labels are FSC certified and printed using plant-based inks. All of these are recyclable.
Our rigid outer cardboard cartons are recyclable and enable us to send your product to you safely without the need for further packaging material, except for our freight bags, which are compostable.

How natural are your products?

We make natural, clean skincare using the highest quality plant oils and scientifically proven actives.

Do your products suit all skin types?

Yes. Our products are multi-functional and multi-correctional and have been specifically developed to cater for everyone… all ages, all genders, all ethnicities, all skin types.

However, we acknowledge that everyone is unique and recommend patch testing before use, especially if you have sensitive skin. If you have an adverse reaction to our products, discontinue use and seek medical help. You can contact us at hello@twobirdsbeauty.com

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant/breastfeeding?

Our entire product line is safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, it’s always good to check with your midwife or doctor before using any new products.

Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly made on the Kapiti Coast in New Zealand

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this stage. Due to the impact of Covid-19 on shipping and supply chains we are unable to offer international shipping - but it's something we will definitely be adding in the future.  

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your product, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include shipping costs. To initiate a return please email us at refund@twobirdsbeauty.com

How long will my product take to reach me?

3-5 business days, after leaving our warehouse, depending on your location. Please note delivery may take longer around public holidays.
